Do you offer sessions only via telehealth?
Yes, I currently provide therapy exclusively through telehealth. You can access your session from most phones, tablets, or computers. I suggest finding a quiet and private space with a strong Wi-Fi connection to complete your session.
Are in-person sessions better than telehealth?
No, not necessarily. While some clients may benefit from in-person sessions (e.g., young children, clients experiencing psychosis), research shows telehealth services are as effective as in-person sessions to treat anxiety, depression, and stress.
Telehealth also offers benefits over in-person sessions, such as increased access to services, decreased time for sessions, and flexibility.
What are your hours?
I offer virtual sessions Monday through Thursday. Because I am based in France, sessions are available during morning and into the afternoon hours
How long is a typical session?
What is your fee?
My fee is $190 for a 50-minute session
Do you accept insurance?
I operate as a private-pay practice and do not contract directly with insurance companies. However, many clients are able to receive significant reimbursement for therapy through their out-of-network benefits.
To make this process as simple as possible for you, I provide a monthly Superbill (an itemized medical receipt) upon request. You can submit this directly to your insurance provider to claim your out-of-network reimbursement.
Depending on your specific plan, insurance may cover a substantial portion of each session once your deductible is met. This allows you to prioritize working with a highly specialized therapist who feels like the best fit, while still utilizing your insurance benefits.
How do I get started?
Feel free to send in the contact form on the website, which comes directly to me, or you can call or text me at (970) 331-0739.
I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation during which I will answer questions you have, and we can determine whether we’re a good fit for one another.
Let’s find a time that works for you!
What is your cancellation policy?
Since I have blocked out that spot for you, I ask that you give me the full 48-hours notice should you need to cancel your session.
If you do not provide the full 48-hours notice, you will incur a charge for the full session fee.
What are your areas of specialty?
I specialize in working with high-functioning adults and teens who are navigating a variety of complex mental health and behavioral patterns. My practice is most frequently focused on:
-
Anxiety & Stress Management: Helping you break cycles of chronic overthinking, perfectionism, constant self-judgment, and the overwhelming pressure to meet every expectation.
-
Substance Use & Coping Habits: Supporting you in safely untangling and replacing reliant coping behaviors involving alcohol or substances used to quiet a busy mind.
-
Body Image & Disordered Eating: Working to heal a fractured relationship with food, chronic body dissatisfaction, and low self-esteem, helping you find true, steady ground in your body.
-
Life Transitions & Relationships: Navigating difficult adjustments, identity shifts, and relationship difficulties so you can move out of survival mode and build sustainable, healthier boundaries.
No matter what brings you to my digital office, our work together blends clinical insight with practical, body-based somatic tools to build actionable relief and long-term habits.
Who benefits from therapy?
Life is hard! Things happen. Stress takes its toll. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed.
So, everyone can benefit from therapy. Therapy helps you sort through the difficult emotions, thoughts and experiences.
Do you need a space to be heard and understood without judgment?
Or maybe you’re seeking clarity, peace of mind and direction.
Whatever the reason, you can really benefit from therapy.
How often will I need to come to therapy?
That’s totally up to you! At the beginning of therapy, we’ll cover a lot of ground, and I recommend most people start by coming in weekly.
As therapy progresses, many people move to every other week. Let’s figure out together what works best for you!
Does anyone cry in front of you?
I see people experience a multitude of emotions, including crying.
Emotions are perfectly natural! They make us human, and I’m no exception to that rule!
No matter what emotion you experience in the room, I appreciate your vulnerability and willingness to explore.
How would you describe yourself as a therapist?
My approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and deeply grounded in real-world tools. Clients often describe me as a blend of warm, caring, and entirely non-judgmental. I bring over 14 years of clinical experience and advanced training into the room, meaning you get a knowledgeable professional who deeply understands the science of behavior change, paired with a safe, human space where you can let your guard down. We aren’t just going to analyze the past, we are going to actively work together to create calmer patterns and sustainable relief for your daily life.
What’s your approach?
My approach is highly relational because I believe meaningful change relies on a safe, solid foundation of trust. I meet you exactly where you are: honoring both your current struggles and your goals for growth. In our sessions, you can expect a dynamic blend of deep support, collaborative problem-solving, and actionable skill-building.
I don’t just sit back and nod; I will gently challenge the negative thoughts, perfectionist beliefs, and survival-mode habits that are keeping you stuck. By combining this cognitive work with body-based somatic tools and nervous system regulation, we will work together to create lasting, practical relief.
Our work will help you to make the changes you need and want in your life right now.
Have you been in therapy yourself?
Yes, I know what it’s like to sit on the couch, too. There is no shame in taking care of your mental health.
My experience has made me a better person and a better therapist.
